A Quick Hello

Hello all!. First things first, lets not speak of the Georgia game on Saturday (KIMBERLY). OK then, moving on. I have just a quick post today, as we are leaving soon for Rome to begin the wedding festivities. This means I have exactly 1 hour and 40 minutes to make my skirts and dresses fit. Hmmmm... this is going to take some work... or a miracle. So, I'm going to go solve that problem, while you enjoy these pictures taken earlier this week!

My little angel is getting so big. She is trying to transition herself into the crib at night, and mommy isn't letting her. She's been falling asleep at 7:30 for what I think is a nap, but keeps sleeping. So, I disturb her, and move her back to the bassinet when I go to bed. It's better this way :) She is still sleeping, like, 20 hours a day. Should I be concerned about that? (Note - According to my mother, I slept 20 hours a day until I was 3, so I'm thinking it's just genetics). Have a great week!

Be thankful she is sleeping as well as she is. Gracie slept through the night until she was 6 months old, came down with the croup and out the window sleeping went. We struggled with this up until last fall when she was 2 when we were finally told she had asthma and thus answered some of our questions. She couldn't breath at night!! So we seemed to have gotten that under control and she is finally sleeping in her room in her big girl bed through the night almost every night, except when she wakes up from bad dreams. So don't panic! Enjoy!! And feel blessed. It gets hard having hardly any sleep all the time : )

Slept 20 hours a day until you were 3??? Umm... I am pretty sure when I met you, you also slept 20 hours a day, and you were.... well...more than 3, that's for sure.

Anyways, she is getting so big so fast. I can't believe I have only seen her once and she was like 2 weeks old. You guys will have to visit sometime. I would say that we would come and visit you, but I am not sure that you (or that hubby of yours) would know what to do with the chaos that is my family!!

Tell Alicia congrats for me and have fun at the wedding. Just think, trying to squeeze into all those dresses and skirts is just punishment for you making me be in your wedding with a 2.5 month old!!!
